OpsWallah is an independent, individual-led Career Readiness initiative created and operated by Vimal Singh ("OpsWallah", "we", "us", "our"). OpsWallah is not currently registered as a company, LLP or partnership firm — it operates as an individual effort. Any reference to "OpsWallah" in this policy refers to this individual initiative.

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us directly

• Name, phone number and email address
• Education details (graduation status, stream, college/year)
• Career background, career goals and career-gap information you choose to share
• How you heard about OpsWallah
• Any messages you send us via WhatsApp, email or the Discovery Form

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we may automatically collect limited technical information such as browser type, device type and general usage patterns, to help us understand how the site is used and to keep it secure. We do not currently use third-party advertising trackers; if this changes in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

Payment information

Payments for the ₹29 Discovery Session are processed securely through Razorpay, our payment gateway partner. We do not collect or store your card, UPI or bank details ourselves — these are handled directly by Razorpay under its own security and privacy standards.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To understand your background and personalise your Discovery Session
• To contact you via WhatsApp, phone, SMS or email regarding your session, program updates and schedules
• To confirm and process your ₹29 payment
• To improve the program, our communication and this website
• To respond to questions, complaints or support requests

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only where necessary:

• With Razorpay, to process your payment
• With service providers who help us operate the website, communications or program delivery, bound to confidentiality
• If required by law, regulation or a valid government/legal request

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide the Discovery Session and Career Readiness Program, respond to your queries, and meet reasonable record-keeping and legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to section 7 below.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your information from unauthorised access, alteration or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights & Choices

• You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• You can request correction of inaccurate information
• You can request deletion of your information, subject to any legal or legitimate business need to retain it
• You can opt out of promotional communication at any time, as noted in the Discovery Form consent

8. Children's Privacy

OpsWallah's services are intended for individuals who are at least 16 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

9. Grievance Officer & Contact

If you have questions, concerns or complaints about this Privacy Policy or how your data is handled, please reach out. We aim to acknowledge and respond to all privacy-related queries and grievances within 24 hours.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. The "Last Updated" date at the top will reflect the latest revision.
