1. About OpsWallah

OpsWallah is an independent, individual-led Career Readiness initiative created and operated by Vimal Singh ("OpsWallah", "we", "us", "our"). OpsWallah is not currently registered as a company, LLP or partnership firm; it operates as an individual effort, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially associated with any university, government authority, regulatory body, bank, FinTech company, payment network, or past/present employer.

2. The Discovery Session & Program

The ₹29 Discovery Session is a paid booking token that reserves your spot for a one-on-one conversation about your background, career goals and learning path. It is not, by itself, enrolment in the full Career Readiness Program. Full program enrolment, fees and schedule are discussed separately during or after the Discovery Session.

3. No Guarantee of Employment

OpsWallah is not a placement agency and does not guarantee jobs, interviews, salaries or placements of any kind. Career outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including the learner's own effort, consistency, communication, interview performance, and prevailing market and hiring conditions. Any statements about career readiness describe the intent and design of the program, not a promised result.

4. Eligibility & Learner Responsibilities

• You confirm that the information you provide in the Discovery Form is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• Live sessions can be attended on a mobile device; however, a Windows laptop with MS Excel is recommended for practice and homework. Arranging suitable equipment and a stable internet connection for your own participation is your responsibility.
• Sessions are conducted primarily in simple English with Hindi/Hinglish support. Learners are encouraged to stay open to English-medium sessions, as this supports adaptability for real workplace environments.

5. Certificate of Completion

Learners who complete the Career Readiness Program receive an OpsWallah Certificate of Completion. This certificate confirms participation and completion of the program's topics and is issued by Vimal Singh under the OpsWallah name. It is not a government-recognised qualification, degree, diploma or professional accreditation, and does not itself guarantee employment or career advancement.

6. Payments

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's applicable terms in addition to these Terms. Please also see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on refunds.

7. Communication Consent

By submitting the Discovery Form, you consent to receive calls, WhatsApp messages, SMS and emails from OpsWallah regarding your Discovery Session, learning programs, schedules and related updates. You may opt out of promotional communication at any time by contacting us.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and in the program — including curriculum material, explanations, exercises and branding — is independently created by Vimal Singh for educational purposes and may not be copied, redistributed or used commercially without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

OpsWallah provides educational content and guidance on a reasonable-effort basis. To the extent permitted by law, OpsWallah is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or participation in the program, including career or employment outcomes.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or program after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where OpsWallah is operated from.
