Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of the ₹29 Payment

The ₹29 payment is a booking token that confirms your Discovery Session request and reserves time for a one-on-one conversation about your background and career goals. It is a nominal, low-value amount charged to ensure genuine interest and reduce no-shows — not a fee for a physical product or a large-ticket service.

2. No Refunds Once Paid

Because this is a small token amount tied to reserving your session slot, the ₹29 payment is non-refundable once successfully made, including in cases where you change your mind, are unable to attend, or decide not to proceed after the Discovery Session.

3. Failed, Duplicate or Deducted-but-Unconfirmed Payments

If your payment failed, was deducted more than once, or your amount was debited but your Discovery Session was not confirmed, this is a technical/banking issue rather than a change-of-mind situation, and will be looked into and resolved:

• Do not attempt the payment again immediately if an amount has already been deducted.
• Contact us on WhatsApp with your payment details (approximate time, amount, and last 4 digits of the payment method, if available) so we can verify the transaction with Razorpay.
• Once verified, any confirmed duplicate or failed-but-debited transaction will be refunded to your original payment method, or your session will be confirmed without an additional charge — whichever is applicable.

4. Rescheduling

If you're unable to attend your Discovery Session at the coordinated time, reach out to us on WhatsApp as early as possible. We'll do our best to reschedule to a mutually convenient time — a missed session does not by itself entitle you to a refund, but we aim to be reasonable about rescheduling genuine conflicts.

5. If OpsWallah Cancels

In the rare case that OpsWallah is unable to conduct your Discovery Session and cannot offer a reasonable alternative time, you will be entitled to a full refund of the ₹29 token.

6. Full Program Fees

The ₹29 token is separate from the fees for the full Career Readiness Program, which are discussed during or after your Discovery Session. Refund terms for full program enrolment, if any, will be communicated clearly and separately at the time of that enrolment.

7. Refund Processing Time

Where a refund is applicable under this policy, it will be initiated within a reasonable time after verification, and may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment method — this timeline is set by Razorpay and your bank, not OpsWallah.
